Your very sincerely Ashraful Islam   বি:দ্র: নিচের নিয়মটি ছয় মাস মেয়াদী কৌর্সের প্রতিবেদন হিসাবে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। টাইপ শুরু আগে নিশ্চিত হতে হবে যে কী - বোর্ডে Caps Lock বাতিটি অন করা নেই। এখন কী-বোর্ডে Ctrl+J কীদ্বয় একত্রে প্রেস করে লিখা গুলোকে জাস্টিফাই করে নিতে হবে। অত:পর নিচের ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন। কী-বোর্ড Num Lock কী অন থাকা অবস্থায় টাইপ করুন 9 । এবার কী- বোর্ডে Shift কী চেপে টাইপ করুন J ।  অত:পর Shoft key কী চেপে T টাইপ করুন। অত:পর Shift কী ছেড়ে দিয়ে টাইপ করুন uly । এখন Num Lock অন থাকা অবস্থায় আবার টাইপ করুন 2018। একবার Enter কী প্রেস করুন। পূনরায় Shift কী চেপে T টাইপ করুন। অত:পর Shift কী ছেড়ে দিয়ে টাইপ করুন 0 । এবার একবার এন্টার কী প্রেস করুন। পরবর্তী লাইনে পর্যায়ক্রমে Shift চেপে ও ছেড়ে টাইপ করুন The Managing Director । এন্টার কী চেপে পরের লাইনে টাইপ করুন Pakiza Text. & Printing Mills Ltd । পূণরায় পরের লাইনে টাইপ করুন Lalmonirhat, Rangpur. এবার পর পর দুইবারএন্টার কী চাপুন। কী-বোর্ডে Ctrl+B কীদ্বয় একত্রে চাপুন। এবারে টাইপ করুন Subject: Application for the post of "Administrative Assistant".   এই লাইনের Application থেকে Assistant পর্যন্ত টেক্সটগুলো সিলেক্ট করুন। এবারে কী-বোর্ড Ctrl+U কীদ্বয় একত্রে চাপুন। ফলে লাইনটি Subject: Application for the post of "Administrative Assistant".  এমন দেখা যাবে। লাইটির শেষে একবার মউস ক্লিক করে সিলেক্টকৃত টেক্সটকে আনসিলেক্ট করুন। পূণরায় একবার Ctrl+B  ও Ctrl+U চাপুন। এবার দুইবার এন্টার কী চাপুন। এবারে টাইপ করুন Dear Sir । পূণরায় দুইবার এন্টার কী প্রেস করুন। এখন টাইপ করতে থাকুন, Your advertisement in the current issue of "the Bangladesh Observer" states you are seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Business Manager of Pakiza Text & Printing Mills Ltd. এন্টার কী প্রেস করুন। পূণরায় টাইপ করতে থাকুন Can you use a man with solid experience in office management and procedures one who has a background in business administration, who enjoys working with people and who is eager to learn the Text?
